Good size property. Car space close. 2 bathrooms. Plenty of hot water. Some toiletries, cake and milk supplied which was a nice surprise.

Fieldsview was even better than we expected. It was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. It was so relaxing to wake up to all the sounds of nature and seeing all the lambs playing in the field was wonderful. We also saw bats one evening which was great. The property was equipped with everything we could possibly need and the cake and milk were delicious. Hope to return and will definitely recommend.

Peace and quiet away from the usual bustle , although some of the neighbours could be quite loud, as they were cows it was delightful and the younger neighbours (lambs) were very distracting. The property is very comfortable and spacious and very practically and attractively decorated. It had everything we could have wanted and was very cosy - in fact a bit too cosy but we were able to turn the heating down.

It was very clean. And being in the middle of nowhere (on a farm) made it very relaxing and refreshing. The property is big - it comprises a large kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (large) and 2 bathrooms (one on-suite). More than enough space for our family.

In the middle of nowhere...which was just what we wanted! Waking to the sound of cows wanting their breakfast was lovely, as was the sunset on Saturday ( Sunday was raining and miserable, but guess they cant arrange the weather for us!) Top tip for a lovely pub meal on Sat too at The Royal Oak. All made for a lovely couple of evenings escape ....whilst we were cleaning and clearing a house all weekend! ( Freestanding bath was a bonus!)

Newly converted barn on our 250 acre dairy and sheep farm is situated on the Welsh/ English border. Our self catering barn's are set just a mile from a small village called Worthenbury down a country lane where you can go for a quiet walk or cycle ride. We are only 2 miles from a picturesque village Bangor-on Dee which is set on the river Dee and has 2 country pubs, Hairdresser’s, shop and a race course. We are only 10 minutes from the market town of Wrexham which offers lot’s of thing to do, 20 minutes from Llangollen and 40 minutes from the historic town’s Chester and Shrewsbury.
