A spacious self-catering house conveniently located in Derby. Free Wifi is available and Smart TV in the lounge/dining area. This stylish place to stay is perfect for contractors or visitors to Derby. The property has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It is less than a 5 min walk to local amenities such as pubs, library & local shops. It is less than a 10 min drive into the centre of Derby.
Hi I'm Maxine - I enjoy keeping fit, dancing and socialising. Nottingham is my home town, so I'm well versed on what Nottingham has to offer my guests. Friends describe me as positive & friendly.
