We have been welcoming guests to Finglen House since 2005, and Douglas’s traditional Scottish breakfast, complete with eggs from our own free-range hens, is legendary. In 2019, our son Jack returned from a year living off-grid in Scotland’s wilderness to build the Captain’s Rest, our first off-grid glamping cabin. With its own chiminea and perfectly private outdoor bath, our cabin combines the best of wild living with five-star luxury touches for an unforgettable stay.
