    Fabulous location in a comfortable and spacious apartment. Jason was a great host and communicated promptly with us throughout the visit. Lovely to have parking on site with back up parking on the road outside. The balcony was a bonus too.

I’m delighted to offer my 484 sq ft) fabulously modern 1 Bedroom 1st floor Seafront Apartment with FREE WiFi & FREE PARKING, lawns, large decked balcony, rattan patio furniture. FORT HOUSE sleeps 4. Bedroom has an incredibly comfortable Super-king bed with padded headboard, double mirrored wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with lights, hairdryer, iron, travel cot & glazed window & door to fire escape with views over the Solent. Living/Dining room has large flat TV (Netflix available with guest's acc) glass dining table & 4 chairs, high ceiling, huge bay window with tier on tier white shutters & glorious views over Tennis Courts and the Sea, comfy King-size Sofa Bed, glass coffee table & armchair. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob/oven/grill, washing machine, toaster, kettle, ample cookware/crockery, sash window with wonderful views. Contemporary bathroom with fantastic walk-in power shower, suspended toilet, basin & heated towel rail. Linen, bath & beach towels, welcome pack & toiletries provided. Pets are very welcome , special dog friendly beach (all year) within 1 mile. Pet details will be confirmed in my booking confirmation
“Willkommen! And bienvenue! Welcome!” I am caring, kind-hearted, (slightly mad) and apparently have a great sense of humour. Usually I am offsite due to work in London, however I have an incredible, couple of loyal house keepers who live locally. They will take care of most needs and give you a lovely warm welcome! The Apartment will be immaculate because of their diligence and excellent cleaning abilities. I have a menagerie of pets myself therefore I am completely for and encourage you to bring them along too, all are welcome. I wish I could say the same thing about my 3 teenage children (basically animals) who are way less house trained than Tara, my Alsatian, Barry, my Bagpuss & Bruce, my Rodent! Anyhow enough about me, I’m sure you will love my homely apartment and your stay hopefully will be one for the memory book (for the right reasons)!
Fort House on Eastern Parade (nicknamed “Millionaires’ Row”) is probably Southsea’s finest & most prime location situated amongst predominantly large detached houses with views over Tennis Courts & the Solent, within a few minutes’ walk to the beach, beautiful Rose Gardens, Canoe Lake & Pier. A peaceful oasis enhanced literally by the sound of the sea, but only a 10 minute walk to the Albert Road and its array of bars & multi cuisine restaurants/Take-aways (Nicholsons Tapas is a particular personal favourite). Portsmouth, The Great Waterfront City offers many different attractions, The Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays (fabulous discounted outlet shopping with numerous bars and restaurants) is just 10 minutes away by car or taxi (under 10 GBP). Don’t forget our D-Day Museum on the Seafront and of course Lord Nelson's HMS Victory, The Mary Rose and HMS Warrior in Old Portsmouth. Kids will love The Pyramids Swimming & Water Slides Centre and Skate Park on The Common and no trip to the Seaside is complete without fresh Fish & Chips on The Pier. There’s something for everyone, I’m sure Southsea will not disappoint!
