These luxurious apartments are oozing character, as soon as you walk through the front door, you are met by a fantastically designed space. You are instantly absorbed into the modern decor which is inspired by the 21st century super- cool London lifestyle. The spacious master bedroom will leave you well rested and ready for whatever activities your heart desires, the living area has been designed to cultivate a warm and relaxed emotion with its minimalist approach. The kitchen is installed with all of the latest instruments for you to enjoy a healthy, whole breakfast, lunch or dinner. Please note that you may perceive slight vibration and hear some noise from the train tunnel nearby. My place is close to The Pineapple, The Forum, The Stag, Patron Cave à Manger, and The Queen Of Sheba. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is right for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
We are friendly, positive people who love sunny holidays on the seaside. We are focused on entrepreneurship and self-development, and can't live without volleyball and psychology books. There are some policies in place which you should know about. All the guests that will be staying in the property must arrive at the same time, and those who made the reservation must be present at the time of arrival. Please be on time! If you arrive more than 20 minutes after the agreed time, there will be a late check-in fee. A very important rule is that no parties or antisocial behaviour are allowed at the premises under any circumstances. If any damage occurs during your stay, you'll be held responsible charged accordingly. Also, the deposit may increase depending on the time of the booking.
There is a diverse array of independent shops in Kentish Town as well as some chained retailers including Pret a Manger, Costa Coffee and Sainsbury's. As the high street is seconds away, you have a rich variety of restaurants. Located within a 17-minute walk of Camden Market in London, Fortess Apartments features accommodation with a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The area has continued the trend for the resurgence of real ale pubs like the CAMRA award-winning Southampton Arms, the Pineapple, and Tapping the Admiral which was the CAMRA North London Pub of the Year in 2013. Many of these are stocked with a keg and bottled beers from the Camden Town Brewery, located in the arches under Kentish Town West London Overground station. You will find the Forum formerly known as the Town and Country Club which is a sensational live music venue. West Kentish Town features many art galleries, studios, and creative spaces. Most notable are Spring Studios, the Zabludowicz Collection, the Beardsmore Gallery, photographer Rankin's Annroy and Leighton Space.

Refundable damage deposit
A GBP250 damage deposit is required on arrival (around USD318.36). This deposit will be fully refunded 14 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged GBP 10 per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Check-in is strictly between 15:00 and 18:00 on 25, 26 and 31 December, 1 January and Easter Sunday and Monday.
For corporate bookings, a third-party form should be filled in and sent at least a day in advance.
