Best regards to the hotel team, for their attention and taking care of me during my stay. They made my time in London perfect from the moment I entered hotel till the morning I left. Excellent spa and view from it, concierge took all the reservations on himself and secured me great London experience, restaurant members were very attentive and nice, room was perfect and very comfortable. This hotel is perfect in every aspect. Location is in foot distance to shopping, parks and best must visit cafes and restaurants.
