    Everything was amazing in this wee cottage. Sheena kept fresh flowers for welcome which the best part. The facilities are 10 min drive away, and you can drive around the island in just an hour. So many beaches to see. Best trip.

A very comfortable modern bungalow nestled in the heart of the beautiful village of Port Bannatyne. 50yds from the beach and Marina, 150yds from Bars, restaurants, cafes and playpark. The main town of Rothesay is 2 miles away - a 40 minute picturesque walk along the seafront. WiFi, Towels, Bedlinen, well equipped kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer, Sky Tv, Private parking, private garden, BBQ area, Pet Friendly, Travel cot and high chair available. Suitable for wheelchair access.
Hi, Originally from Airdrie, I’ve lived on Bute since 1991. Married with 3 grown up children and 2 grandchildren. At home I have 2 dogs and 9 chickens. I love living in the village of Port Bannatyne it’s both lively and quiet. I’m a District Nurse and absolutely love my job x I live on the Island and will be available to respond to requests, however, I will only attend in person at your request.
Port Bannatyne is a lovely village boasting Marina, 2 Bars, Cafe, Restaurant with beer garden, Post office, GolfCourse, Beaches, American bar and diner is 10mins walk away. There are bus stops within 100yds of the property. Taxis run daily. We are 6 miles from the Rhubodach/Colintraive ferry and 2 miles from the Rothesay/Wemyss Bay Ferry.
