The staff were really helpful, and I loved the decor of the hotel.

The hotel offered a good, quiet stay for one night. Its location is lovely. It is quite rare to be by a lake in Surrey. The room was quite good, Not stunning but no problems either. The dinner was quite good as well. The overall score of 8 on this site seems to me to capture the place quite well. I should also say that there are some lovely walks nearby, beautiful heath land with the heather in full flower.

From the moment we arrived, the reception from the staff was amazing. The location is idyllic and the outside seating area is surrounded by palm trees and the pond. It was my wife’s birthday the following day and nothing was too much effort for the staff. Special thanks must go to Vishnu who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem of a hotel and spa. We have already booked another visit.

Although this Hotel is about 10 min from Farnham, it has everything onsite that you could possibly need. Started day with a few drinks under the brollies in the garden area then progressed to a great meal in the restaurant. Breakfast the following morning was also excellent. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Front desk staff were absolutely amazing with the most friendly and obliging attitude possible.
