Location was great. Across the road from canoe swan lake and sea front. Room was nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Gunwharf quay is a pleasente30/40 minutes walk along the sea front. Complimentary tea and coffee in lounge. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely polite and pleasent

Staff was excellent front of house and breakfast was great . Parking off road was a bonus . And was good walking distance to festival. Accommodating staff let me check in early sure ensured had keys and we could venture out and enjoy day . Don’t normally leave any negative but section below is mainly for benefit of the staff to keep on top things .

  • hello , is free parking available? the information states that it is , but I checked the surrounding and can only see paid parking.

    Hello, we have 5 parking places available for first arrived, if it is full then just ask at reception and we will hand you a parking permit that will allow you to park around the hotel for free.

    Hello, we have four luxury rooms. Gloating, Giddy, Glad and Glorious. You can check the gallery online. We can also decorate the room with rose petals, a card, chocolates and prosecco for £25. Please check dates for availability.

  • Do you have a disabled friendly room. Hoist for room to bed and to toilet. Also ramp to front door.

    Thank you for your question, Unfortunately, as a Victorian building with lots of stairs and some narrow corridors, G! Boutique Hotel is not suitable for wheel-chair users or people with other severe mobility limitations.
