Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated 3 miles from the centre of York and 1/4 mile from York University. Stay at a 1 bedroomed garden flat with its own shower room , part kitchenette and lounge area
Hi we are Andy and Jayne , we have lived in York since birth and think it’s a fantastic city and would love to share it with you As we live next to the annexe we would be able to help with any issues if required
We are a in a residential area . Approx 5 minutes walk away from the university of York east campus and a 20 minute walk to the main campus . Public transport is a 5 minute walk with buses running approx every 20 minutes to the city centre which is 3 miles away. We are very near the University of York. And 2 minutes from the Grimston Bar park and ride site hosted by CYC. There are regular buses to the city centre, the bus stop is less than a 5 minutes walk away. If you like to walk into the centre it is around a 35 minute walk. We have onsite parking . Taxis are available and there is a bus route within a 5 minute walk serving York city centre., Grimston Bar park and Ride is approximately 1/4 mile away
