The hosts were friendly and super helpful. Price was very reasonable - everywhere else in the area was about 3x more expensive (we were there during fringe so high demand). Facilities were good and clean and breakfast delivered in bags to the door was ample enough to have a lunch from it too. Very happy with our stay. Thanks so much to Martin for the lovely time.

We'll use this as a base the next time. Booked one night as transit following a highland tour and preceding a move to Wales; booked on budget price + good reviews. Excellent! Stunning views from our room at the top. braw propietors to carry our bags up the (narrow and steep) stairs. And down again. Lovely breakfast delivered in paper carry bag to door, including warm wraps (not just cold stuff). Good shower, good beds. Not hugely spacious but we fitted with our two heavy suitcases and two rucksacks. Convenient to buses (right outside) and not expensive to take a cab to town. Using this as a base saves a packet on central Edinburgh, speaking from experience (we chose to pay a lot earlier, see our Cityroomz review!) Welcoming and courteous and helpful young owners. Altogether, Good Stuff!!
