Gatehouse is a detached cottage in the village of Painscastle just four miles from Hay-on-Wye. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king-size double bedroom, one double and two single together with family bathroom and ground floor shower room. Also in the cottage are a kitchen with breakfast area, dining area with seating and snug area with woodburner. There is also a second sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with patio, hot tub, furniture and BBQ.
