  • Is it accessible for wheelchairs and does it have a wet room , preferably room facing the sea

    There aren't any bedrooms in the hotel that would feature a wet room, unfortunately. There are 4 steps to the reception area or uphill side entrance for wheelchair or scooter users.

  • Hi How fare are you from Pwllheli train station

    There is a 15 min ride on the train between Pwllheli and Criccieth. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the railway station in Criccieth.

  • Does this room have a sea view plwase

    The hotel doesn't have particularly great views towards the sea. We're situated on the High Street which is about 5-10 minute walk to the seafront. There are a few rooms with the view towards the Criccieth Castle though.

  • hi I have a booking with you from 22 August for 3 nights. My husband uses crutches and has a disabled parking badge. Will this be a problem?

    There is lift access to all rooms although some floors do have steps from the lift to certain rooms . We do not have any disabled parking on site however with a blue badge you will be able to park on the road opposite.

  • Do you have a parking? Do you charge extra for it?

    Good Afternoon We do not have an on site parking however there is a pay and display carpark located behind the high street shops there are also several roads around the hotel where you may find a space or on the high street between 5pm and 10am
