Compared with other hotels there wasn’t a massive choice of hot food at breakfast just extremely well done bacon, sausage, fried eggs, tomatoes and baked beans. All very hot though and toast ordered at your table

Gibbon Bridge is one of Lancashire’s finest, private hotels and is only 20 minutes from the M6 motorway and 7.5 mi from Clitheroe.

The restaurant and conservatory serve good cuisine with produce from the hotel's kitchen garden. There is also an on-site bakery for fresh bread, pies and cakes.

The Gibbon Bridge has spacious bedrooms and split-level suites offering superb accommodations. Each has been individually designed and some overlook the countryside. Many suites have four-poster, half tester or Gothic beds, or a whirlpool bath.

  • Hi there Do any of your rooms accommodate adults and two kids (9 and 6 years old)? Booking.com seems to say it's possible but shows one double bed

    We are able to add extra beds to Suites at a charge of £25 per bed - B&B.

  • Are there any rooms available to accommodate myself & my wife and our pet dog ? Regards Edward Jones

    We allow dogs in certain rooms and there is a charge of £30 for valeting after their stay. Dogs are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the main gardens. There is a garden area behind 1 of the buildings which is available fordog walking.

  • do you have any ground floor suites.

    We have two ground floor standard twin rooms with walk in showers and one twin and two double standard rooms on one level in the main building near the lift but they all have showers over baths.
