Great value and bed was really comfortable. Although it was a shared bathroom there was nobody else there when I stayed so no different o being ensuite i.e. right next door. Breakfast was very tasty. I was later arriving than I said I would be so had to give short notice to say about the delay but they were fine with it

SpainFirst, I have to say that the breakfast was one of the best that we had on our trip. It was so wonderfully prepared, you could tell that the chef knew what she was doing! The host was friendly and helpful. The room fulfilled our needs. Having a closet was a feature that was missing in some of the other B&Bs we stayed at - and we really needed it. Also, the shower was wonderful - the water was hot and the water pressure was great. Overall, we were happy to find such a good B&B that was reasonably priced during 'graduation week' at Durham University.

The breakfast was very good and included juice, tea/coffee, cereal and a cooked option. The landlord/owner was also very pleasant and approachable. Certainly would recommend based on the great value for money.

United KingdomBreakfast was lovely and although they didn't serve dinner they were more than happy to let us eat takeaway in the pub and offer us the plates and cutlery we needed. Location is great, several supermarkets right there if you forgot anything as well as a petrol station and only a 30 minute walk to get to the centre of Durham. The room had coffee and tea making facilities as well as sockets for chargers and towels were provided for the bathroom.
