Welcoming, spotlessly clean and excellent facilities in the room.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, we had all the information we needed if we needed to contact them. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I was able to park outside which was great . Location very good less then 50 yards from the beach and short walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Breakfast was lovely and veggie options available. We would stay again as we chose Ginnies for convenience to the hospital as we had a early appointment and it took the stress out of travelling and having to get up early.

Ginnie's is an award-winning, family-run guest house in the heart of Cleethorpes, a short walk to Cleethorpes Central Beach and Pier. There is free parking for up to 4 vehicles.

All the bedrooms are unique and each has its own bathroom with free toiletries. Facilities include tea/coffee maker, iPod docking stations and CD and DVD players. There is also free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

A full English breakfast is served every morning at Ginnie's Guest house; continental, vegetarian and vegan options are also available and guests can then relax in the residents’ lounge.

  • any parking plz.

    Yes we have 2 parking spaces at the guesthouse and a further 3 spaces at another property across the road.There is also free on road parking nearby,kind regards Kim

  • Is train near hotel

    There is a train station in Cleethorpes,it is a few minutes taxi ride to Ginnie’s or a 15 minute walk . Hope this is helpful to you.

  • Do all rooms have a bath please?

    Hello. We only have 1 room with a bath. The room also has a shower as well. All the other rooms just have a shower.

    Good morning,We are a 15 minute walk from Cleethorpes station .Some parking is available at the guesthouse ,up to 5 spaces ( we have 8 rooms)free on road parking is nearby.

    Not as such ,we have 2 parking spaces in front of the guesthouse and a further 3 at a property we own across the road.Free on road parking is available nearby.

Ginnie's is an excellent 3 storey town house tastefully decorated and situated centrally in Cleethorpes, just off the sea front and ideally located with easy access to both ends of Cleethorpes attractions and leisure facilities, modern restaurants and cafe bars situated along the seafront. Whether you are walking, driving, cycling, motorcycling or going by train Ginnie's provides comfortable accommodation and a superb award winning breakfast. Ginnie's hold the coveted Visit England Breakfast Award. Within easy reach of the A180, Humber Bank industries and the ports of Grimsby and Immingham Ginnie's is an excellent choice for the business traveller. Ginnie's also makes an ideal base for the leisure traveller and holiday maker to explore the lovely Lincolnshire Wolds.

Ginnie's is a family run business, started by Kim's parents (Ken and Lillian) in 1990. Kim and Francis took over Ginnie's in September 2002 from Kim's Father on his retirement. Kim had been running Ginnie's with her father since 1996. When Ken wanted to retire it was inevitable an a pleasure for Kim and Francis to take over.

There are some excellent events throughout the summer months in Cleethorpes. Dates vary so it is best to contact us and we can help with details as we now them or alternatively contact the Cleethorpes tourist information centre.
