United KingdomThe breakfast was exceptional, the beds were comfy, it was great to have hot chocolate sachets in the room, nice soap/shower gel, spacious room. The water temp in the pool was lovely, and the sauna/steam room very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and quick at reception for check in and out.
IrelandPerfect location (for our stay-concert at hydro), staff were very efficient, friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of selection-just try to avoid the half 9 rush! Service was great when busy. Plenty of parking available, easy to get to from the motorway. Nice views too we were up on the 12th floor. Oh excellent shower too!
