Loved this hotel, quiet and just what we needed for a rest. Food was exceptional and not too heavy, really liked the choice of restaurants which had varied menus. Staff were amazing and attentive.

The location of this hotel is completely stunning and we enjoyed walking around the immediate grounds. We were given a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely as we travelled with another couple and were celebrating a birthday. The way the staff greet you upon arrival was fabulous and we constantly felt staff were around if we needed them but they didn't intrude. Our rooms were gorgeous and enhanced by the lovely fresh flowers. The dining room was beautiful and the food and drink delicious. We had a special time.

The food and the ambience was lovely. the staff were exceedingly attentive. the grounds were also very beautiful and we just wished we had had more time to explore. We had had to postpone our visit by a fortnight as we had contracted Covid and they were very understanding and did not make it a problem, which we were very grateful for.

Wow what a place! It was sublime from start to finish. The suite was beautiful and very large and comfortable, the grounds are really lovely and great to walk around, the food was excellent and the staff were extremely attentive even though they were struggling like many other places we visited on our Scotland road trip. The general manager personally came out to meet the guests during breakfast which was a nice touch and he was genuinely interested to chat.
