We were impressed with the hand sanitisers, cleanliness and social distancing in place Breakfast was excellent and owners are very friendly and helpful. The B and B is very well situated for Fort William High street and only a short walk to the train station.

Lovely breakfast with yoghurt, fruits, porridge, eggs, salmon, etc. The hosts were friendly and welcomed us despite our late check-in. The bathroom has plenty of amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower caps, ...) and hand sanitizer. The property has put in place a time schedule for breakfast in order to guarantee social distancing.

When we walked into the "tower room" of the hotel, we were amazed! There were windows everywhere facing one of lochs!! Incredible!!! The room was extremely comfortable and a pleasure to return to each day! We enjoyed our delicious Scottish breakfast each morning and the owners/cook were all so friendly, warm and nice! From the hotel, w loved walking down High street, stopping at the many shops and enjoying dinners at the local pubs!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Everything was amazing. Great location facing Loch Linnhe and only 3-5 minute walk to restaurants. Room was comfortable, space to unpack and there were two power converters in the room (great for travelers coming from North America). Soap, shampoo provided; hair dryer; tea/coffee making in room. Excellent breakfast.

Trevor & Katrina were the nicest hosts. Had a great welcome & farewell from both of them. We had the Tower Room which was a gorgeous! The dining room was also so elegant & charming. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Location was just a short walk to all the restaurants & shops. Loved it!

Located a short walk from town center and the train station where you catch the ‘Harry Potter train’. View was the lake and mountain across the street. Very pretty if you get the room located at the front (#5). Excellent breakfast included. Room cleaned daily if you need it. Owners were very hospitable.

  • Hi before I book do you offer a gluten free breakfast I don’t just mean toast I would like a hot gluten free breakfast. Thank you

  • Can one check in later than 9pm by arrangement? We're thinking of coming on a train which is scheduled to arrive at Fort William at 22.06.

    Hello We do not have a bar as we are not licenced. There are lots of bars / restaurants in the town centre a five minute walk away.

Glentower Lower Observatory is a B Listed Historic Building that was originaly built in 1889 as a Weather Observatory connected to the Higher Observatory on the top of Ben Nevis now being ran as a 4 star gold visit scotland awarded Guest House by Trevor and Catriona since 2004

I have been brought up in Fort William where my parents have owned a guest house since 1977 so i grew up in the guest house trade.My wife Catriona was brought up in Oban & we have been running our own guest houses in Ft William for the last 22 years.

Fort William has lots of things to see and do with Ben Nevis, Jacobite Steam Train, Neptunes Staircars, Glenfinnan viaduct are amongst the most popular things to do. There are lots of other sight seeing trips also a mountain Gondola at Nevis Range.
