Beautiful property and grounds with a lot of history.

the staff was wonderful the grounds were beautiful. we stayed an extra night it was so relaxing

A wonderful experience , as it turned out , between lockdowns. For us a property like this wins hands down every time compared to branded hotels at any level. Dinner on Sunday was exceptional - especially in the covid induced circumstances - all served with skill and enthusiasm. Sitting by the log fire in the library was truly calming. The property must be very enjoyably in summer too. There are credible pubs within walking distance, there is al lot of accessible countryside, and York is but a short drive away. Lovely.

Fantastic staff, building, accommodation, rooms, food ... the whole package. We were made very welcome and had great service for the whole stay. Highly recommend.

-Beautiful grounds -Amazing staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable -Luxurious fine dining

Everything, the hall was beautiful, the staff friendly efficient and polite, the whole experience was wonderful

Breakfast very good Location - breath-taking scenery

We enjoyed our stay although for me it was a little stuffy. That is very personal as I would usually stay 4* rather than 5*. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Dinner was beautiful although you do pay for it. Breakfast in the conservatory was very good although pretty formal.

Everything about Goldsborough Hall was absolutely fantastic. The Hall itself was immaculate, the rooms were lovely, afternoon tea is certainly something everyone should experience and the breakfast was well worth the money. We will certainly visit Goldsborough Hall again - they do mention Snowdrops of Goldsborough in the Spring so that is a definite trip in 2023 however we will most certainly visit before then, possibly September, 2022.

Lovely, relaxed, atmosphere at Goldsborough Hall. Beautiful garden to stroll around and stunning views. The breakfast was served beautifully and tasted delicious.
