Evening meal presented lovely .unfortunately the steak&ale pie was served with a very, very sweet gravy that really spoilt the dish.unable to eat it. Unfortunately did comment about it to staff but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was nice.

I booked this apartment as a working get-away. I stayed in the entire time I was there and found things to be just perfect! This stay was truly lovely. It was quiet and private. The room was very well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, a mini-fridge, kitchen utensils, and a sweet basket of breakfast and treat items. The internet was excellent and parking was easy.

A small village where not much happens in the early part of the week, but conveniently located on the Lincoln-Horncastle/Skegness road. There was nowhere to eat, the other pub was shut and the Ivy doesn't do cooked meals. Two takeaways - the kebab shop is cash only. There is a Co-op supermarket close by and the Corn Dolly cafe next door, which does do breakfasts.

Wragby itself is small although , it has an excellent butchers shop. There is also a co-op bakers, Pizza Bar and Fish shop. Although we did not try either of them as only on a 3 day stay One Public house seemed to be shut during the day, The Adam Eve on the way out was open. Would say as we stayed in October , that would reflect why there was only one public house open. The Crossroad Inn in East Barkwick at the Junction turn to the Grooms Quarters only opens in the evening. Would recommend booking for an evening meal for the Inn and The Adam and Eve, the day before. The post office / shop is well stocked for essentials and is handy if one does not want to drive to Wragby. We were held up travelling from the South so found our self’s on the A46 A15 travelling towards Wragby around 3.30pm traffic was very heavy and we arrived at 4:45pm.

Lovely little market town, with two pubs with rooms . One doing food, the Adam and Eve, really good pub grub. plenty of tea rooms and a really busy fish and chip shop. Not much in the way of shops, local Co-Op just around the corner from the market square.

Wragby is a small village with quite a bit of history.

Wragby is a small village with quite a bit of history. There are two excellent pub/restaurants., a general store and a Co-op. It is a good base for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds. Horncastle and it's antiques markets , the coast, and the wonderful historic city of Lincoln are all within an easy car journey. Recommended.
