At Goose Run Cottage in West Dorset, peace and tranquillity reigns. Our picture-perfect gem is tucked into an AONB within the Dorset countryside, yet just a short drive from the Jurassic Coast at West Bay beach. Stunningly beautiful and lovingly furnished, the cottage is set within a 70-acre private family estate that is yours to explore. Wander through the wild flower meadow with its hundreds of wild orchids in season, follow the tumbling woodland streams, enjoy the wide grass meadows, light a campfire down by the tree house and swing on the ropes. With space for 4 to holiday in luxury, you’ll love the super contemporary interiors and luxury fixtures throughout. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area nods to the countryside aesthetic and you will be mesmerised by the view through the huge glass doors. You’ll also be delighted by the tranquil bedrooms both en suite. The master bedroom has a feature window with stunning views of the lake. Outside you can indulge in real outdoor living in the private garden that features a fire pit and is ideal for al fresco dining and stargazing. Here, the lack of light pollution makes the stars seem like you could reach out and touch them. One well behaved dog welcome (35GBP/stay). Please ensure your dog is controlled and supervised at all times; kept on a lead on the estate land where there is livestock; not left unattended at the property; and not permitted in any of the bedrooms, or on any of the furniture.
