The room is very nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable.

Breakfast was magnificent. Lovely accommodating hosts. Christmas decorations all through the property were a lovely touch. Very comfy bed. Balloch is great and he as much to offer at any time of year!

Host Andrea, was friendly, attentive, personable and obliging. The guesthouse is small, cosy, reasonably priced for Balloch, clean, nicely decorated with personal touches. The breakfast was tasty plentiful, fresh and again presentation and touches makes a huge difference. The location was not far from Balloch Castle Park 5 min walk, Loch Lomond Shores shops 20 mins, boat trips 10 mins etc, restaurants 15 mins, all of which suited our purpose. Our stay was a positive and enjoyable experience. and I feel it is a guesthouse with a lot of heart!

Everything was amazing! Especial the owner Andrea, she is wonderful!! The breakfast was very good,so many options and very tasty. Very very highly recommended!!!

Breakfast was phenomenal! A vast selection of options along with fresh fruit, tea/coffee, toast, and more. All cooked fresh. The decor in the common areas was also cute. Andrea gave us tea and cookies upon arrival and showed us around the room. The beds were quite comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Nice location, walking distance from half a dozen great restaurants. We would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable, welcoming, relaxed, lovely all round. Great breakfast, best B&B in Balloch, hands down.

Andrea is a wonderful host and Gowanlea is a perfect B and B. The comfort, location, and quality are excellent. The breakfast is wonderful and provides a chance to meet fellow travelers.

A wonderful BnB great breakfast, great location and great hosts. Such a lovely place.

This was one of the great B&Bs we stayed at on our trip. It was the perfect place to stay to cap off our visit to Scotland. I can't think of anything that was lacking. The friendly host, the lovely room, the delicious breakfast, and the great location were all perfect. The host was so friendly and helpful. She even moved her own car so that we would have a better place to park! We are trying to think of an excuse to return!

the custom made to order food and the attention to detail of the host
