“Very happy with the comfort of the room and very clean. Breakfast was good , just missed fresh squeezed orange juice. Parking was a bit tricky.”

“Room was very clean as was all the facilities, the tea coffee milk etc was replaced daily as was bottled water and biscuits, Towels and facecloths changed every day and any used complementary toiletries also replaced daily. Breakfast was great from cereal to full english and pastries fresh fruit etc - excellent”

“For the price of this B&B you really can not fault it. Good location only a few minutes walk to Harrogate. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast. Parking permit was given to us which covered until 12 the next day so we could pop into Harrogate for breakfast. Spot on would stay again. ”
