The property management team were very helpful and friendlly. I needed some assitance with the heating system and it was immediately dealt with. Check in and check out were smooth and simple process. The view in the mornings over the Harbour were amazing.The parking is also free! Nearby there is a 24h ASDA perfect!

United States of AmericaThe apartment was well cleaned and excellently presented. Plenty of thick clean towels in the bathrooms and lovely hand wash and creams. The kitchen was really well equipped, and with tea, coffee, sugar and a little milk for that first hot drink when you first arrive. Olive oil, salt and pepper, tea cloth, sponges and washing up liquid all provided so a lot less to pack or shop for. There was plenty of room in the apartment for little ones to run off a little steam if travelling with a young family. The bus into Edinburgh, no. 10, leaves from just outside the apartment block so travel in and out of the city is no problem, and parking is available outside the apartment if you have travelled to Edinburgh by car.

Grand Harbour Apartments offer space, convenience and privacy like home. Grand Harbour Apartments feature beautiful views over the river Forth, balconies and high floors (*subject to availability).We provide everything you need, full size kitchen with cooking facilities, comfortable double size beds, large corner sofas, smart* TVs and an en-suite master bedroom in each of our apartments. We will service your apartment every 7 days and provide housekeeping upon request whenever you require. Although reception is open between 9:00am and 5:00pm, we have our support team available after hours and special arrangements available for anyone arriving after 5:00pm.
Property info
Please note we do not accept group bookings, which is more than 2 reservations made together. We do not accept reservations where the lead guest is under the age of 25 or resides in Edinburgh. Check-in is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. This is when your apartment will be ready.If you arrive earlier than 3:00pm and your apartment isn't ready at time of arrival, we can still check you in, take your luggage and give your keys for you to go out and enjoy your day. If you are arriving after 5:00pm we would then set you up as a Late Check-in which means, once the outstanding balance for your booking has been cleared and we have received your Grand Harbour Online Arrival Form , we will then send you an text/email, no later than the day of your arrival, advising where your key box is located (outside our Reception), the number of the key box, the access code for your key box along with step by step instructions on how to get to your apartment (walking distance).
