We stayed in the annex across the road from the main hotel to avoid being disturbed by the wedding party. It was a very quiet location. and the beds were comfortable so we had a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly at check-in and the WiFi worked too.

  • Hi, my husband is a keyworker working nights and will be in the Kent area at the end of May. Is it possible to book a room for a 12 hour period (6am - 6pm). He needs somewhere to sleep during the day and your check in and check out times clash. I understand there might be an additional charge.

    The only way we do this is to book 2 nights stay for the day before and day of stay,

    We can not offer any check in before 12:00. Normal check in is from 14:00 if you need early check in there is an extra charge and please let us know if you require one as we will not have your room ready if you just turn up early

  • Any lifts, if not how far to twin bedded room??

    We do not have any lifts and we do have a number of twin rooms some are on the ground floor some are on the first floor one is even wheelchair accessible. Please check before the booking if the room you want is available.
