Perfect property in the perfect location! Pictures just don’t do it justice! This eclectic apartment is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Easy walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. City and tour buses, and Hop on Hop off buses stop right in the centre of the Grass Market, steps from the front door. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Edinburgh.

Everything! You can really feel the pride, warmth and care the hosts take in their property and in making their guests feel welcome. I have never felt so happy & comfortable to stay somewhere. Upon reflection, my husband & I definitely feel staying here was one of the best parts of our trip. It was the perfect location and little oasis from the hustle & bustle outside. This apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. The apartment is decorated very nicely. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and updated. The location was perfect! It’s so close to everything. We particularly liked Victoria Street around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants next to and near to the apartment. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind. We highly recommend this flat.
