We were without a car so the location was perfect , close to the ferry terminal and bus stops. Debs was lovely, very helpful, the room was always pristine and we really appreciated the drinks, snacks, water etc left in our room each day.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Great location. Selection of breakfast bars, muffins, porridge pots, apples and tea and coffee in the room for a light breakfast. Room was very clean and bright with good storage for clothes, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again but would opt for a different room if we could. Easy to park in nearby car park which was very reasonable cost for a weekend stay.

  • How far are you from the yacht haven how long would it take to walk ???

  • Do you include breakfast? And are there many places to go for a meal that accommodate dogs?

    There is a breakfast pack in the room (porridge, muffin, cereal bar, orange juice). Most of the pubs allow dogs and some restaurants eg. The Coast wine bar. Hope this helps.

  • Hello, I'm looking to book for this weekend but will only arrive at 10pm on the Friday is that ok? Also i have a dog is that ok? We ware looking to book for Friday and Saturday night. Greg

    No problem with check-in, we have a keypad so I can give you the code & you can let yourselves if necessary but we should still be up! Dogs very welcome - the twin room is better as more floor space. Sorry for the delay, thought I'd replied earlier.

  • Hello - I will be travelling solo on my bicycle - do you have somewhere safe & dry I could leave it overnight please?

    Hello, We have a very safe and secure back yard where bikes can be kept overnight but it is not under cover so your bike would get wet if it rained. Best regards.

  • Our ferry arrive around noon. Can we leave our baggages at your place before the check-in time? We will return when allowed to check in.

    Yes, please do come and leave any bags. If your room is ready you will be able to go straight in - just let me know what time you will be arriving.

  • Is there parking?

    There is road parking which is restricted to 2 hours slots during the day & unrestricted 18.00 - 08.00 but often busy. There is a car park directly across from us which is free overnight (18.00 - 8.00) and charged during the day.

  • how far from the red funnel funnel ferry

    The car ferry comes into East Cowes. Foot passengers can take the small boat across the Medina to Cowes & we are a 10/12 minutes walk from there. Cars currently have to drive round as the chain ferry is not working which takes approx 20 mins.
