The staff were excellent at communicating, with detailed, illustrated, step-by-step instructions that made everything so clear. They were also very responsive and kind. The underfloor heating was a luxury after wandering the rainy London streets all day and the cozy curved ceilings of our basement room made it feel like a real hideaway from the city. There was plenty of space as well, so it didn't feel claustrophobic. The kitchen was well appointed and with a Tesco Express across the street, it was easy to make basic meals and snacks for ourselves. Really appreciated the Nespresso machine as well!
