i loved my stay at greenlands guest house. it was pristinely clean. excellent breakfast conversation. hosts are fabulous, engaging and full of knowledge with ready tourists questions.

United KingdomIf you go for nothing else, go for Sharon and Steve! Two of the loveliest people I’ve met over almost 5 months of travel! They also know the area really well and can give you any amount of tips you like. The breakfasts are very good! Full English if you like but really probably almost anything you want. Very accommodating. Finally, this is the most dog friendly establishment we’ve stayed in! Dogs allowed anywhere and everywhere. Including at breakfast.

United KingdomSharon & Steve, make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. They cannot do enough for you, they are always on their toes at all times. They are both very helpful when it comes to ideas about where to go and see and to eat. They are always cheerful in the mornings and always stop for a chat after you have had a hearty breakfast. The food is excellent and you can always choose how little or much you wish to eat. This is a great little B & B, superb location, not too far away from the town centre but just far enough so you are not bothered when you go to bed. Good work!

We don't charge for pets, instead we ask for a suggested minimum donation of £5 per dog per stay to an animal welfare charity that we collect for. Located on Waterloo Place our bed and breakfast is just yards from the beach and 10 minutes stroll from the town centre, where there is plenty of entertainment, from a quiet relaxing meal by the harbour to friendly pubs or late night clubs. There are also a great range of shops for those needing a bit of retail therapy and of course there’s the award winning beach
The aim of our B & B is to provide you with a stress free break by offering off road free parking in our own car park. Each room contains colour TV and hospitality trays. We provide fresh home cooked full English breakfast and cater for all dietary needs.
