It's a splendid hotel and the owners are super helpful and sweet. The property is really well taken care. It feels like home away from home in a beautiful Victorian setting. I'll be back for sure. An added bonus is that they allow you leave your luggage in a luggage room even after check out if you need time in the city without bags. They pay attention to the small things.

I stayed at the same place a few years ago (about 10) and it recently was taken over by new owners. I was not so sure about the place because I had forgotten about it when booking as it seemed a bit aged. However it is probably the best place to stay in belfast - the rooms are not modern (concrete) at all and have the real homely feel to them. Perfectly clean and fresh with really comfortable beds and set back a little from an already quiet road. I slept like a log. the have a nice sitting room as well where we hung out to recover before going on a walk about. They don't do breakfast at the moment but the cafe next door is open for real irish breakfasts which set you up for the day for sure and are old world prices. All in all despite being there for work it felt like a weekend break. Staff are amazing.

    Hi there ! The Europa Train and bus station is precisely 1.2 miles away which is roughly a 7 minute taxi ride which should cost roughly 5 pound. Ormeau Park is around a mile away which is about a 30 minute walk. Hope this helps. Team Gregory

    Good morning, Unfortunately our kitchen is not operational for food service or self service. We are working hard to get the kitchen to a great standard before we allow for self service. There is great food places near by to use for the mean time.
