Absolutely marvelous staff, fantastic rooms and superb breakfast. An outstanding value. As we arrived later in the evening after dinner, they directed us to the Wilton Deli & Pizza just across the street ... perhaps one of the greatest hidden takeaway casual dining options in all of England.

Very cute apartment style two bedroom accommodations with fridge, comfortable seating and eat in kitchen. The breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner at the pub which was delicious.

Lovely place in a pleasant little town outside of Salisbury. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home. Nice sunny courtyard outside the bar to have a pint or two. The room was very nice with a window that looked down on a quiet pedestrian lane. I parked right outside the front door of the hotel, although I could have left the car across the street in the town car park without a problem.

Our room was good. For dinner there was an excellent choice of food plus 'specials' which were very tasty and beautifully presented. Breakfast menu was smaller but a good choice and again presentation was very nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They had a good choice of beers and wines at what were average prices.

    HI yes all the beds are standard 4trh 6ins. apart from the avon room which is a king bed.
