Great location within minutes of the seafront, town centre, bus and train stations. Warm welcome, comfortable bed, modern en suite and shower. Plenty of tea and coffee, choice of biscuits, fridge, table to eat from or work at and ample power sockets including usb. Reliable free WiFi.

United KingdomEverything about this was spot on! We was there for a rave down on the pier. No exaggeration it was a 5 minute walk from the train station a 10 minute walk to town and the pier!! The staff were super friendly and always making sure everything was okay! The Room!! For £35 per night, per person I wasn’t expecting much, but I was so surprised. The bed was comfortable the shower and toilet was brand new and the room had a fridge and a TV!!!! 10/10 will be staying there again!

The guest house was situated in a rather run-down area, although the location itself was very convenient. Surprised to find the room had a small fridge, which some even larger, more expensive guest houses do not have. Bed was comfortable and clean. Also, we were allowed to leave our cases in reception for a short while, which was much appreciated. Very friendly and well organised. Thank you.

I have four double rooms and two family rooms - one that sleeps four people (a double bed and two single beds in adjoining rooms and children must be aged eight or over) which is located on the second floor and a further family room that sleeps three people (one double and one single bed in adjoining rooms and again children must be aged eight or over and this room is located on the first floor. All the rooms are newly refurbished and ensuite with flat screen freeview TV's. There are fridges in all the rooms as well as tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Hairdryers are also provided as well as non-slip shower mats. Bottled water and tissues are also provided.
