Towels and linen are not included in the price. Guests can hire these, per night, for GBP 10 Single bed, GBP 20 Double, bed, GBP 25 King bed, GBP 30 Queen Bed (or bring their own). Unless otherwise notified by the guest at least 24 hours before arrival, the guest house will assume that guests will require these. Guests who don't bring their own linen and have not requested to rent them in advance will be charged accordingly

A daily cleaning service is available for an additional GBP 10 per night.

The kitchen is for light use only as it is shared with other guests. The kitchen will not be available to guests from 14:00 to 17:00 daily, as it is cleaned during this period.

Guests may use all communal facilities, including the kitchen and laundry services for GBP 20/night.

Please note that guests must notify this property about their arrival time at least 2 hours before check-in.

Vans will not be able to park outside the guest house, and must park at the nearby crossroads.

All additional people, exceeding the room capacity, of any age, will be chargeable at GBP 25 per night, regardless of whether they require an extra bed.
