Tasty home cooked breakfast. Short walk to the seafront, and lots of lovely restaurants near by. The Great Orme tramway is only a couple minutes away on foot, and well worth the visit. The views from the top of Great Orme are magnificent. Richard and Mair are great hosts, and very welcoming. I will be booking my stay at Hafan-y-Mor for my next visit. It really was a Haven by the sea!

Located a 5-minute walk from Llandudno’s North Shore and a 10-minute walk from the West Shore, Hafan-y-Mor Guest house provides en suite accommodations in the center of the Victorian town. With free Wi-Fi, Hafan-y-Mor is just a 15 drive from scenic hikes in the coastal Mynydd y Dref Hills.

Each bright guest room comes with a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a radio alarm clock. Hearty Welsh breakfasts are prepared every morning and served in the guest house’s dining room with a bay window looking out onto the charming Victorian architecture of Chapel Street.

Mostyn Street with its many shops and restaurants is a few minutes on foot, and the seafront golf course at the North Wales Golf Club is just a 5-minute drive away.

Further afield, guests have the Carneddau Mountains and the Isle of Anglesey at half an hour’s drive and Liverpool is just over an hour away by car.

    Hi Siobhan. Unfortunately we do not have any private parking. Parking is free on the road outside our guesthouse on a first come first park basis and there are 3 car parks within a couple of minutes walk that are pay by the hour.

    As per the information in our listing. Parking Public parking is possible at a location nearby on street (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable. We do not have any private parking.

  • hello..can you tell me if you have a downstairs bedroom..I cannot manage stairs. Ann.

    We do have 1 downstairs double room. It is best to speak to us to check that particular room is available for the dates you want. . we are not allowed to put our cont a t numb er here so search on line for it.

Hafan-Y-Mor Guesthouse was built in October 1864 and up until 2002 was known as the Hendon. Hafan -Y-Mor means Haven by the sea and we hope all our guests find Llandudno and the Hafan-Y-Mor their Haven by the sea.

Richard and Mair have run the Hafan-Y-Mor Guesthouse since March 2002. Mair came from the nursing profession while Richard had been involved with the hospitality industry since leaving school.

Central to Llandudno and all the tourist attractions, Hafan-Y-Mor is ideally situated for all your holiday needs
