Good location Car Parking Clean Friendly Staff
United KingdomThis is the second time that we have stayed here. Everything about our stay was excellent,welcoming staff,clean comfortable rooms and the Albert Dock is across the road. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the staff regularly fill up with fresh food. There is a car park underneath the hotel that you can book in advance or pay on arrival.

United Arab EmiratesThe room we had at first had some issue and we called the reception and they promptly came to fix it. They found out that they couldn't fix it right away. So the staff member offered us a new room right away and I really liked the freedom with which she did that. I mean she didn't have to wait and bother to ask a manager or anything like that. She did it on her own and I like it a lot when a hotel gives their staff the liberty to keep the guest's comfort as a priority. All staff were extremely approachable and friendly. And very polite. As a family, we enjoyed the stay a lot and decided to stay one more night. Breakfast in the morning was very good too. And I left for work without having to go out and buy it outside.
