Continental Breakfast was excellent, coffee freshly brewed by Tony, fresh fruit, fresh croissants and excellent choice of cheese/meat/cereal. Tony is a convivial host and breakfasts were a great chance to catch up with the other guests adventures. Fresh glasses/cups and biscuits for the room were available to collect each morning. Plenty hand sanitisers/face masks available.

The Houseboat was very quirky. Loved the fact we were able to sit in the evening on the front looking out into the harbour. Very peaceful. Tony, Diane and their daughter in law were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property without hesitation.

Houseboat Harborside View is a family-run bed and breakfast moored on Bembridge harbor, with fantastic sea views. Off the far east coast of the Isle of Wight, the luxury accommodations includes a master suite with a large balcony and its own whirlpool bath.

All rooms at Houseboat Harborside View have an private bathroom with spacious shower, a TV, tea and coffee facilities and table and chairs. The superior king room also includes a mini-fridge, sofa and has clear harbor views through the patio doors.

Continental breakfast supplied, plus there’s a choice of fruit, cereals, breads and pastries. You can enjoy your breakfast in the dining room.

Bembridge village is a short drive from the island’s main towns, with Sandown and Shanklin around 15 minutes away, and Newport just under 25 minutes. The peaceful harbor setting is a short walk into the village where you can find relaxing cafés and seafood restaurants.

  • What time is check in and check out. Looking at ferry times.

    Check in time is between 14.30hrs and 2200hrs. Check out time 1000hrs. Ferries are regular we can arrange discount on the ferries need to contact us direct .

  • Hello, do you offer return ferry travel for 2 people? The outbound would be the 16th July and return the 21st July. Passenger only (no car). Thanks.

    Sorry I can only get discounts on cars travelling,not just passengers. If you have a defence card(x services this allows discount as passengers on wightlink. You can also use Tesco Clubcard rewards. I hope this information is helpful.

  • Does this room have an outdoor area looking over the harbour?

    The Diana suite has its private balcony overlooking the harbour. The other 2x rooms Eve and Don rooms garden views from the room. Both rooms can access the lounge which leads out to the large balcony overlooking the harbour.

  • Hi how many bedrooms are there in total and do you have availability on 17th to 19th August for bedroom with Juliet balcony and bedroom with garden view or any other with sea view. Thanks, Colette

    We have 3 bedrooms. The Diana room is the master suite and has its own balcony and sea views. The other 2 rooms overlook the garden they don’t have sea views but do share the large lounge and balcony.

  • are we renting the whole houseboat? as it appears there are 2 bedrooms and 2 floors

    There are 3 x rooms available . The Mastersuite has its own lounge and balcony. The other 2x rooms Don and Eve have joint use of the lounge and outside balcony area.

  • is the houseboat stable or does it move with the water?

    The boat house has spud legs that it rides up and down on during the tides as they rise and fall.The only time you will feel the boat move is on very high tides and a strong westerly wind.

  • Hi. Is it the whole houseboat that’s available for three nights 24-27 sept? Thank you

    We have 3 rooms that we rent out on a B&B basis.The price is per room. We live on the premises. There are other houseboats that do rent out the whole place at £450 per night.

  • Hello :) I was just wondering if you could give us a bit more information regarding the room you have available from Fri 4th-Mon 7th June? I assume it isn't the master suite that's available those dates? Thanks very much!

    The room is the Don room. It has a en-suite bathroom. This is not the Mastersuite. The Don has access to use the communial balcony /lounge which is only shared with 1 other room.
