We have limited space and cannot distance people safely in our dining room. We are asking people to visit one of the large choice of local cafes that are better equipped for safe service. Everybody pays"room only". We hope to return to normal soon

4 FREE off-road spaces and FREE, UNRESTRICTED parking in the streets in front of the house .For six rooms. Parking in heavily visited historic seaside towns can be problematic and expensive. We are just 200 yards from the beach. Park here free

In normal times breakfast is an optional extra at an additional cost. During the covid outbreak, we have not been able to safely provide breakfast. We do not offer evening meals. There are many local options within a few minutes walk

Hello, No breakfast service until19th July at the earliest. We cannot currently serve a safely distanced breakfast in the relatively confined space of our dining room. We charge "Room Only" rates with breakfast an optional extra when available

15 minutes walk to the harbour, 10 to the town and 5 to the beach. Here we have free parking and are in a quiet street . That may not be the case closer to the harbour. We are close to some excellent pubs and restaurants. Check the map on B.com

You will not have access to a kitchen but there is a kettle in the room. Some people enjoy the instant / just add boiling water porridge pots that are widely available.

Check-in times are 11.00 -1.00 and 5.30 -10.00 p.m., I do sometimes leave the building between 1.00 and 5.30 to shop and attend to things that can only be done away from the house. We can work something out for mid-afternoon arrival if you call

There is a lockdown. Nobody has let you down Overnight leisure stays in Hotels, Guest Houses and B&Bs cannot recommence until17/5 soonest. Certain types of visits are permissible. Google gov.uk guidance covid to read about worker accommodation etc.
