Nice big room, overlooking the road but there was little traffic noise. Very close to Harrogate Convention Centre, less than 5 mins walk which was ideal in the pouring rain!! Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice, and was very nice. I had dinner on one of my two nights & the fish pie special was excellent, they even served it minus the cheese on top for me. Other diners who recommended the fish pie also said the apple crumble was delicious - I had no room left!!

fabulous small hotel perfect location. All staff were so friendly from housekeeping to the chefs and especially Maisie and Sean who couldn’t be more helpful. We stayed in the mews , room 14, it was small but perfect for our weekend stay . The breakfast choice was excellent and we had dinner one night food was delicious.

Wonderful stay!! Room was not what we expected, we expected a standard double room to our surprise we got a wonderful room, plenty of space, freshly decorated, 'upstairs' to the bathroom with a free standing bath and shower cubicle, staff very helpful and friendly, great selection of drinks and breakfast plenty of options and lovely food! Very close to walk into the centre plent of places close by to shop eat and drink! We will definitely be returning

Considering it’s cost £117 for bed and breakfast for two people it’s hard to fault . we had a room on the top floor which was really big . Had a small kitchen area , bathroom with shower . shower was powerful . also had a feee standing roll top bath in the room which was a nice touch . the location is literally in the centre of Harrogate so can’t be faulted either . breakfast following day was served in a nice dining area and was decent .
