    hi the small double rooms cannot be made into twin beds only the superior sea view rooms with the super king size beds can be split and made into twin beds. kind regards ian

    yes we have secure underground parking bays for £5.00 per night and there is also plenty of street parking some free all day and some 2 hours only , but free everywhere after 4pm until 10 am the following morning . kind regards ian

  • Myself and my partner have a 5 month old baby, do you allow children to stay at the hotel? If so, is a surcharge applied to the room?

    yes we do allow children , we charge £5.00 for the baby and we put a travel cot in room , the only rooms big enough for this are the superior sea view rooms . kind regards ian

    yes our superior sea view rooms have super king size beds they are £150.00 per night including breakfast and we are only taking cash at the moment , as our card machine is deactivated during lockdown , as we rent it. kind regards ian

  • There are 3 of us that would like a sea view room, balcony if possible, we don’t mind a king size and a single bed or 3 single beds. We’re looking to arrive Friday 23rd October to 25th October. We would like breakfast included. Can you accommodate us please?

  • Hi is there available rooms on first floor? Also can you go straight to room after paying online rather than going to reception answering questions etc. Covid/Safety reasons mainly. Also how is breakfast served do you have to eat outside? Thank you

    we do have rooms on first floor 17 stairs to go up , you can go straight to room after collecting your key , breakfast is served in dining room with socially distance tables and allotted time slots,. kind regards ian

Hastings House in a Victorian property built in the 1830,s and is comprised of 4 floors , ground floor is the dining room, bar area and reception and the the 3 floors above comprise the guests bedrooms.

we have several excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel , eclectic shops on our doorstep and the sea a mere 50 yards from the front door.
