Excellent hotel. Looked after from arrival to departure. Excellent room with excellent facilities. We stayed in the Austen suite. Clean and comfortable environment. Evening meal was very good and so was the breakfast. We will certainly stay again. Thank you!

United KingdomEverything was excellent! We were greeted on arrival, our bags taken, seated and given a glass of fizz. The receptionist came to us, explained some useful info about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout the visit, too short btw, the staff were very friendly, cheerful and very well trained. The hotel is lovely and superbly renovated. The piped music is mainly 20's to 40's and sits well. The dining room is amazing as was the food. Lots of nice little touches like retro radio and phone in the room. The gardens are really nice, we need to go back in the Spring/Summer to enjoy it fully. Close enough to Shrewsbury and Whitchurch for a bit if shopping, sightseeing. Loved it!
