With the beach on your doorstep, plenty of cafes, family activities such as adventure golf as well as the Hayling Light Railway, this is the perfect family getaway. The home is a relaxed beach style with a large private garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for playing and alfresco dining. There is space to park up to three cars on the driveway in front of the property. Head up some steps and enter into the entrance hall, with a sunny dining space, perfect to enjoy meals together as a family. Enter into the cosy, freshly decorated sitting room with a Smart TV (You will need to use your own log in details for the TV applications). The master bedroom leads off from the sitting room with a king-sized bed and plenty of storage space with ample hanging space. Through the sitting room is access to the rest of the home. The twin bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom also has two single beds. Heading into the back of house is the family bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washer-dryer outside in the garden. The private garden with a patio to enjoy the sun, perfect for a morning coffee. The spacious garden has comfortable seating, perfect for an alfresco dinner.
