Location is unbeatable, rooms are spacious, staff are super helpful. they lent us a stroller during our stay in London and agreed on our bringing it to Scotland. of course we returned to the same hotel after trip to Scotland. we asked for two rooms next to each other, and they went extra mile to arrange two ground floor rooms sharing one common entry, exclusive and quiet (outside window is a deadend lane housing the embassy of the Philippines). restaurant staff are very warm and helpful too. they remembered what you order. All in all, the best hotel we ever stayed at, not only during this 2-week UK trip!
