This recently converted 200-year-old original mill house is located on the banks of the river Exe in Exeter. Minor works to complete the Exeter flood defense scheme will continue outside the property during the autumn/winter of 2019 and 2020 which can involve contractors working in close proximity to the garden/river elevation of the building. The property anticipate there only being a minor impact on the view from the room. Works usually only take place Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00.
Please note that Headweir Mill House does not have air conditioning as it is a listed building in a conservation area.
