Second time staying in this hotel and we enjoyed this stay so much more. The first time we stayed was in July and the room was absolutely sweltering hot, plus there were some crazy seagulls outside which kept us up most of the night! This time though, the room was the perfect temperature, and not a seagull in sight! Breakfast is fantastic - I'd say one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Oh and the shower is AMAZING!

This was a bit of a shock I looked on line seen the photos so I booked it. When I arrived I pulled up out side and to be honest I was not so impressed, but I had booed and paid for it. Once inside my thinking changed nice place nice staff then off to the room the room I could not fault very clean and comfortable every thing you would expect in a more shall we say up market hotel then you meet the staff the bar lady and chef were so nice great fun made you feel at home straight away so nice people I will be back here soon I home great staff and great hotel thanks to you all Tony

  • Hi, looking at a one night family stop but would have some bikes. Would there be anywhere to store them more securely to avoid leaving on car bike rack?

  • what is the breakfast is it a cooked breakfast

    Due to coronavirus we are currently not serving a cooked breakfast it is a packed lunch to go that we offer due to being unable to social distancing in the dining room for breakfast. Thank you for your question. The Helix Hotel

  • Good afternoon, would you have something like a laundry service as I will be in Scotland for several weeks on business many thanks

    Good Evening, We do not offer a laundry service in the hotel however there is a launderette in Grangemouth called Bowhouse Launderette, they are open 6 days a week and are very reasonably priced. Kind Regards Emma Cochrane

    Yes there is. Helix Hotel is situated in the centre of Grangemouth and there are several pubs within walking distance of the hotel.

  • Will you be open for none key workers for the 28th May 21? Also is car parking free of charge?

    Good Evening, We will be open to non key workers hopefully from the 17th May 2021. We dont have a car park as such but there is on street parking at the front of the hotel. We also have security cameras for guests peace of mind. Kind Regards Emma

  • £600 for 1 night stay is this a mistake 😂😂

    The price has been set at that for visibility purposes only as we have a policy of only accepting company/key workers under the current climate.
