Stayed here before and was happy so booked again and the hotel did not let me down. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms and clean bathroom. Friendly reception staff(especially NIMMI) at the time of checking inn, had everything ready on arrival. The hotel is next to Motorway and still I didn’t hear any noise at all - the double glazing is excellent.👍🏻

  • I am looking for a hotel as I’m travelling to London before embarking a cruise ship. Will this be allowed at the start of May will covid restrictions

    I am afraid until the 17th of May the hotel is not allowed to accommodate leisure guests.

    Our check-in time is at 3.00 PM but if needed we can offer complimentary early check-in from 1.00 PM. If earlier than this it will be £10 per hour.

  • How long does it take to travel to terminal 5 from here please and do buses run from the hotel Jenny

    Good afternoon, The easiest will be to take Bus H32 2 minutes walk from the hotel to Hounslow West Tube Station. This takes 7 minutes. From Hounslow West take the Piccadilly line straight into terminal 5. This takes 10 minutes. So with change etc please calculate 25 to 30 minutes.
