Located in the heart of the city, you will be within walking distance of everything Nottingham has to offer. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and to provide extra protection for both our guests and our properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will be asked to authorise a security deposit as part of the verfication. The security deposit is a pre-authorisation only and does not charge your card unless there is damage to the property.
