The apartment was comfortable and cosy. It was spotlessly clean and everything was provided that you could possibly need- including breakfast, fruit and nibbles! Even toothpaste and brushes in case you needed them. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality bed linen. The apartment is on the High Street but at the rear of the building so was very quiet. The use of a parking space was really useful in the centre of town and you are within walking distance of most attractions.The communication from Nicola before we arrived was excellent with very concise directions and she checked in with us during our stay to make sure there were no problems. We will certainly stay again if we are in Salisbury .

Nicola went to great lengths to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. We had everything we could possibly need, and there were lots of nice little touches, like the fresh flowers that greeted us on our arrival, and the books and games provided for the children. We were also very grateful for the generous snacks and breakfast items provided - the children were particularly excited about the dinosaur crumpets! The apartment, with its delightful period features, is absolutely beautiful, and the city centre location (just five minutes from the cathedral) meant that we were able to explore Salisbury with ease. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The breakfast that was offered was fantastic, and it was very nice that the host checked in with us if we had any dietary requirements before buying the food. The facilities were amazing, and all the little touches, such as a fully stocked bathroom cabinet with everything you could need, and arrival drinks were such nice touches.

When I was working in the area I stayed at the hideaway,the property is absolutely stunning,spotless,comfortable and luxurious and all the little touches made the stay far superior to anywhere I have stayed before.Located in the city centre with private allocated parking it's perfect for for all the restaurants,shops and pubs.Will definitely return.Highly recommend.

    Good morning and thank you for your enquiry. HIdeaway has one family bedroom for 2 adults and 2 children,. There are no more beds. If you need 2 bedrooms I could offer you Purlins Holiday Apartment at the same location.

Hideaway forms part of 56 High Street, a grade 2* medieval property. It is a single storey first floor apartment at the rear of the property nestled in the roof tops. The living room and kitchen are 14th century, the bedroom and shower room a 20th century addition. The spacious bedroom is situated at the very rear of the building and is unusually quiet for a city centre. It can be set up as a double, twin or a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, The property refurbishment was completed in September 2022. Although hidden from the High Street Hideaway has an excellent location and parking for 1 vehicle.
We very much hope you will enjoy staying with us here on the High Street, we strive to ensure guests have a great experience and feel welcome and special. We hope to see you soon!
With a front door opening onto Salisbury High Street all the shops and restaurants are right in front of you. Salisbury Cathedral and its gardens are your neighbours and just a stones throw away.
