“What didn't we like. From the staff, to the condition of the rooms and the overall property, the food! I could not recommend this property anymore. I am new to the Lakes and wasn't sure if the location of the property was ideal but after realising we took a wrong turning, we realised the location of this property could not have been any better! Ambelside town centre is maybe a 10 min drive and popular walks/sights are within close proximity. The hosts Dave and Carey treat you like you are the only people there. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. They recommended a number of walks/routes for us which we followed and it made the trip that much more amazing. They gave us various options for breakfast the next morning and being vegetarian didn't have a concern at all with what was available. The whole place was clean and they are very covid conscious. Deffo rebooking next year!”
