The staff were very friendly and approachable. Due to COVID restrictions, food couldn't be served once the area entered tier 3, however the staff advised we could order takeaway food to the hotel door. The room was spacious for the price. The bed was very comfy and the shower was a good, big size.

Tarin who was working on reception when I checked in on Friday 18th December 2020 was extremely friendly, polite and accommodating when I realised I had booked the wrong room type. She helped me immediately and was a bubbly person. Just the kind of person a hotel needs at front of house. The food we had was amazing and good value for money. The room was very clean and comfortable and I like the fact they have a fridge in the room.
